Chambers and G. E. Butterworth. v , i The disqualification imposed on H. A. Penn, winner of the Canterbury Handicap, for failing to qualify as a Canterbury resident, has been removed, it having been found that his place of residence, Culveri den, is within the Canterbury boundary. ■'•
