London, December 12. Lord Aberdeen (Lord Lieutenant of Ireland) says the statement that the Dublin Castle jewels have been restored is without foundation.

The Daily Telegraph's Dublin correspondent states that the general opinion is that the jewels have been recovered and are now in London.
