By Tolesrriph — Pre*? Association. —Copyright.

(Received December 13. 9.40 p.m.)

London, December 13. The Daily Telegraph's Belgrade correspondent states that a Servian officer who was captured by the Albanians, was brought to the hospital With his eyes gouged out and his ears and nose cut off. He had also been subjected to other mutilations.

When the officer was rescued his clothes were saturated with petroleum, and the .Albanians were on the point of setting fire to him. When the mother of the unfortunate officer went to the hospital she was so appalled at the sight of her son that she dropped dead. This atrocity, the correspondent adds, tends to explain the action of some of the irregular Balkan soldiery towards the Albanians.

The Greek, Servian, and Montenegrin delegates to the Balkan Peace Conference (which will be opened in London on Monday next), have arrived.
