FINEST DAIRYING LAND IN THE DOMINION. OA QECTIONS. CENTRE OF TOWN. O'i lOECTIONS. CENTRE OF TOWN. rjy/J-ANDENO JACKSON. In conjunction with FARMERS' UNION, LTD... WHANGAREI, Will Sell by Public Auction, at their Rooms, Customs-street E., on above date, OA SECTIONS, ranging from 1 to lj ACRES, situated in the heart of KAIKOHE, predestined to be the MOST IMPORTANT TOWN of the favoured NORTH. Special attention is called to this sale, as it will enable business people and speculators to acquire sections in a town destined at no distant data to be a second Hamilton or Palmerston North. Kaikohe is the centre of that famous belt of volcanic land which has been locked up as native land for years, and has been the El Dorado of all landseekers. Recently the whole of this great distriot. comprising over 40.000 acres, has passed into the hands of the Europeans, and will shortly be subdivided and handed over to the Dairy Farmer, when it will become the Finest Dairying Settlement in the Dominion. The land is the richest volcanic, superior to the best land lying between Auckland and Onehunga, very similar in appearance, but richer, and having the mqst perfect winter climate in the world. It is absolutely the most perfect dairying climate in the world— as hot in summer as Auckland, and warmer in winter—the richest volcanic in the Dominion and magnificently watered. In addition to this the railway from Whangarei to Hokianga will be opened to Kaikohe about March next, and subsequently the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway, via the Mangakahia Valley, will also junction at Kaikohe. making it the chief railway centre of the North. Everything points to Kaikohe being a second Hamilton, and the subdivision now offered is one of the best ever put before the public. TERMS: 15 per cent. cash. 15 per cent, in 6 months. 15 per cent, in 12 months, balance in 3 years; 5 per cent, interest on all unpaid balances.'
