London*, December 7. pROFKSSoit TSekgoxte, originator of the theory that the human body can be nourished by means of electrical currents, lias communicated to the French Academy of Sciences the remarkable results of some experiments that he recently carried out. The case described by the professor is that of a patient' who had become a physical week, arid wiia unable to assimilate his food. This man, whose weight when he was taken in hand was 1071b, was subjected to a series of 40tiiin. applications of a high frequency currency, with the result, that lie continued to put on flesh until now lit) weighed over 1381b. He has regained his normal strength, although lie eats much less than he did before the electrical treatment was entered upon.
