MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Mr. C. C. Kettle, S.M., was occupied yesterday afternoon in hearing a claim brought by Collins and Storey, land agents, against F. H. Collins for "a refund of £40 alleged to have been paid as a deposit on the sale of certain sections at I'itinuigi. The hearing of the case was not concluded when the Court rose and the case was adjourned till Monday at 9.30 a.m. On a judgment summons J. Mcintosh was : ordered to pay the Auckland Union £1 9s forthwith, in default 24 hours imprisonment.
