CONSUMPTION CURE.
Berlin. December 7. Dr. Friedmann's recently announced discovery of a cure for tuberculosis is still exciting the greatest interest. Investigations that h.i.\e been made show that cures were effected in all eases treated with the exception of those in the last stages of the disease. Doctors admit the efficacy of tho new remedy, and several hospitals are turning over cases to Dr. Fricdmann. who has already treated upwards of 1000 cases and has lost none except those in which the vitality of the patients was so low that nothing could have saved them. It takes only a few weeks for a- cure to be effected and the serum not only destroys the germs' but also procures k the nationt's immunity from future attacks. A press representative by whom many of the natient.s were interviewed declares that the cures were all remarkable, and had been effected with one injection only.
