METHODIST GARDEN PARTY.

The annual garden parly of the MeUiodUt Women's Missionary Auxiliary was held at the residence of Mr. George Winstone, Marino, Mount Eden Road, yesterday afternoon, about 300 guests being present. The president, Mrs. H. E. Pacey. and tho Key. Win. Keady, president of the Methodiet Conference, briefly epoko on the good and practical work on the home and foreign mission fields, which is being accomplished by the auxiliary. Afternoon tea wag dispensed, and extellent music wa3 rendered by the harmonio orchestra, under the baton of Mr. T. T. Garland. The Eev G. Bond voiced the feelings of the auxiliary in thanking Mr. and Mrs. Win»tone for their grounds and for assisting in other ways In making the garden party one of the most successful functions held under the auspicoß of the auxiliary.
