Constantinople, -. November 12. Kiamil Pasha, .the Grand Vizier, has ■■ warned the ambassadors that if the Bulgarians enter Constantinople, the ambassadors, with the young and old, will all die. The ambassadors have recommended each Power to send a third warship.. '"'/'.
The wounded soldiers arriving in Constantinople are '. so , numerous that i the Porte is transferring them to Broussa (Asia Minor). It is feared that the water supply . will become affected, and carry cholera into era (the aristocratic quarter of Christian Constantinople). ' .
