TSAREWITCH'S ILLNESS.
i CAUSED BY JUMPING INTO A BOAT. By Telegraph.—Press Association— St. Peteesbueo, November 4. ; It is officially stated that the Tsairewitch's illness is due to serious anaemia caused by an effusion of blood in the abdominal cavity, the result of jumping into a boat early in September.
