A TRANSPORT SEIZED. (Received October 22, 11.45 p.m.) Athens, October 22. The Greek battleships Georgius Averoff, Hydra, Spetsai, and Psara, and a destroyer flotilla have occupied Lemnos. A Greek destroyer at Smyrna (Asia Minor) has captured a Turkish transport containing officers and men.

(Received October 22. 11.45 p.m.) Tee Hague, October 22. Two Greek torpedo boats are at Flushing. The Dutch Government has permitted them to remain beyond the prescribed 24 hours, owing to stress of weather.
