(Received October 13, 5.5 p.m.) Ottawa, October 12. The death has occurred of Sir Charles Moss, Chief Justice of Ontario.

The Jafo Sir Charles Moss, who was knighted in 1907, was 72 years ci age. He was appointed Chief Justice of Ontario in 1902.
