PROLONGED RESIDENCE IN AUCKLAND. [l-'ItOM Or II OWN CORRESPONDENT.] London, August 23. Lord Liverpool, Governor-Designate of New Zealand, is expected to arrive in the Dominion by December 20. The statement is made that. Auckland will be his home for some months after his arrival in New Zealand.
