UNIONIST BENEFITS. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright London, September 8. The Trades Union Congress, at the instance of the Carmen's Union, resolved that the time has arrived, in the Interests ■of trade unionism, to secure the full benefit of awards obtained by trade unionists. The latter should refuse to work with non-unionists.
The miners supported the resolution, while the railwaymen and stevedores opposed it.
The Congress of 1913 meets inManchester.
