[BY telegraph.—press ASSOCIATION'.] Hawera, Monday. • Ik the Magistrate's Court . to-day, W. D. G. Clemoes was fined £5, with costs, 17s 6d, for having committed a breach of the Food and Drugs Act by adding water to milk.
