Per Taiune, as follows:— Cook Islands, Tahiti, Penrhyn Island, 8.45 a m Money orders, 4 p.m. Tuesday, the 4th. —The English mail, via Suez, which left here on April 18, arrived in London) on May 24. HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS. Monday, June 3, will be observed as a holiday. Saturday, June 1, there will be an over-counter delivery of all correspondence between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday, June 3, a delivery by letter-carriers will be made, commencing at 7.30 a.m., arid the office will be open from 9 am. to 10 a.m. for delivery of correspondence only. Mails usually despatched on Monday after 7.15 a.m. will close at that hour. Late fee letters for Australian and Southern mails may be posted on the steamer tip to time of departure, and on the train up to 9.10 p.m. F. D. Holds worth. Chief Postmaster.
