MEXICAN REBELS.

Three thousand rebels were killed in the recent fighting at Bellano. All the railroad bridges in the neighbourhood of Bellano were destroyed. The Federals are now advancing, and are repairing the bridges. MADERO ASKED TO RESIGN. (Received May 27, 12.50 a.m.) Mexico City, May 26. The Chihuahua rebels announce the receipt of the information that President Madero has been asked to resign by Congress. It is reported that Madero is agreeable.
