Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named Company will be held at the Office of the Company, Swanson-streot, Auckland, at 11 a.m., on FRIDAY, the 7th day of Juno. 1912, for the purpose of confirming the following Resolution, which was passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held in the Office of the Company, Swan*-son-street, Auckland, on THURSDAY, the 23rd day of May, 1912, at 11 a.m.:— "That the Capital of the Company be increased to the amount of £35,000 by the creation of additional capl- / tal to the amount of £10,000, divided into 20,000 Shares of 10s each, to be issued as Preference Shares, entitling the holders thereof to receive out of the profits of the Company available for dividend, before any dividend is paid to the holders of the shares in the now existing capital of the Company, a preferential dividend at the rate or 74 per cent, per annum, but to no further share in the profits of the Company, and also entitling the holders thereof on a winding-up to a preferential claim on the distribution of the assets of the Company remaining after paying the debts and liabilities of the Company and the costs of winding-up, and in respect of such shares the sum of two shillings and sixpence per share shall be payable on application and two shillings ana sixpence per Share on allotment, and the balance in calls of not exceeding two shillings' per share, payable at intervals of not less than one month.
