SIXTY PER CENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. (Received May 24, 11 p.m.) London, May 24. The Oceanic Steam Navigation Company's balance-sheet shows a profit of £1,074,752. A dividend of 60 per cent, has been declared. The Oceanic Steam Navigation Company, which has a share capital of threequarters of a million sterling, is the principal constituent of the International Mercantile Marine Company— known as the American Shipping Trust—which owns all the shares. For 1910 the Oceanic Company paid a dividend of 30 per cent., after writing off £370,016 for depreciation. The capital reserves amounted to £3,000,000; the general reserves to £500.000 ; the insurance fund to £100,000; and the general purposes fund to £100,000.
