By T«lempb .— Allocation.— EFFECT 07 BRITISH STRIKE. Sydney, April 19. The effects of the British coal strike are being felt in Sydney. Fifty boilermakers have been dismissed from the Government dockyards owing to the absence of sufficient iron of the character required. POLITICAL LIBEL ACTIONS. Perth, April 19. The third political libel . action against the Kalgoorlie Miner, arising out of an article entitled " Three Rotten Sticks, " referring to three of the State Ministers, has concluded. Mr. Connolly (ex-Colonial Secretary), was awarded £260 damages.
