MR, REDMOND'S SUPPORT, "GOOD WORKABLE MEASURE" By Telegraph.-— Association.— . (Received April 19, 11.35 p.m.) London, April 19. Mr. John Redmond (Leader of the Nationalist party) declares the Home Rule Bill to be a good workable measure. The scheme, he says, should enable the Irish to show the world the advantages of self-government. . The Bill removes the religious disability attending the appointment of the Lord-Lieutenant for Ireland, and fixes the salary at £5000 a year.
