The high price of cheese is reaponfdble for. an agitation in the Pahiatrja district that the Ballance Dairy Company, the largest butter-making concern in the province, should install a cheese-making plant in ita factory. It is understood that the company is now considering the matter, and that the subject will be placed before the, shareholders at an early date in order that anew plant may be ready for next season.
