AUCKLAND TRAMWAYS.

Sir, —I d'jsire, in the interests of the public, to draw attention to the following facts m connection with the tramway management. Myself and a friend, together with many others, stood at tho corner of Queen and Victoria Streets from 5.15 p.m. until 5.50 waiting for a car to take us to Syraondsstreet. At least 20 cars passed lull up without stopping. 1 ask in tho interests of the public it this is right? Why should a company holding a monopoly inconvenience the public to such an outrageous extent when the contract stipulates that they should supply sufficient accommodation for the travelling public? Disgusted. April 17, 1912.
