LOAN OF £22,000.
[by TELEGRAPH.— association.] Dunedin, Wednesday. At a meeting of tho City Council to-night a motion was carried, affirming the desirability of erecting a town hall. A proposal to raise a loan of £22,000 for tho purpose will be referred to the ratepayer
