ACCIDENT TO A BALLOON.
By Telegraph.— Association.—Copyright. Berlin, March 19. A balloon manned by two officers broke from its moorings at Bischeim and drifted, dragging a steel rope. The rope touched a high tension wire, which became short-circuited, and the balloon caught fire and fell. Both officers were badly injured.
