The coastal steamer Koutumui, of Richardson's Line, arrived from Oisborne and Tokomaru Bay on Saturday morning. She loads general cargo for East Coast bay* and Glsboroe, and will probably sail to-morrow evening. The Union Company's R.M.S. Maital arrived at Wellington at 10 o'clock on Friday night from San Francisco and Island ports. The Auckland cargo by the steamer will be forwarded by the Monowai", leaving Wellington this evening and arriving here on Thursday morning. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion liner lonic was to have left Wellington yesterday for Lyttelton to complete discharge of her Home cargo. The vessel will subsequently load lor London at Lyttelton, Gisborne, and Wellington. Tho Rosamond ia to Have Onehunga to-day for New Plymouth and Wellington. She is due at the latter port on Wednesday evening, and will go on the patent slip on Thursday. "The British ship Queen Elizabeth set sail from Wellington for Sydney on Friday. A late arrival at Auckland last evening was the Huddart-Parker steamer Wimmera, from Sydney direct, after a very - slow passage of four days six hours, due to head seas and thick weather on the' coast. - The Wimmera anchored in the stream at 10.30 o'clock, and. will berth at the 'Hobson-etreet'Wharf at 6'a.m. to-day. Leaving the New South Wales port at 2.45 p.m. on. Wednesday' last, she cleared the heads threequarters of an hoar later. Cape Maria van Diemen was abeam at 4 a.m. yesterday. Strong north to north-east winds and moderate. seas were experienced until yesterday morning. When a strong head swell and thick rainy weather were met. with. When, approaching Tiri Tlri lighthouse the anchor was dropped for an hour and a-half. The conditions subsequently improved, and the vessel came into' port. The Wimmera sails at 3 p.m. to-morrow for East Coast aud Southern porta.

At noon yesterday the Huddart-Parker steamer Victoria, Captain G. F. Entwisle, arrived from Southern porta and berthed at the Queen-street Wharf. ... The purser reports that departure was taken from Duncdin on Tuesday last, calls being made at Lyttelton, Wellington; Napier,' Gisborne, and Tokomaru Bay en route. Fine weather wes experienced to rounding the East Cape,-thence thick rainy weather to arrival. In continuation of her running, the Victoria sails at 5.30 p.m today for Sydney direct. MAMARI FOR LONDON. A few minuses after 6 o'clock yesterday morning the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Mamari cleared the Railway Wharf outward-bound for London. The vessel was deeply laden with a large general cargo, which was loaded at various Dominion ports, and she left port in fine trim and on an even keel. Although not loaded down to her Plimsoll mark, the Mamari was drawing 25ft , 3in forward and 27ft lOin aft. She will call at Rio do Janeiro and Teneriffe en route to replenish her coal supply, and is due at London on ' or about April 16. THE P. AND O. SERVICE. The next P.' and 0. steamer to visit Auckland will.be the R.M.S. Moldavia. The liner is to leave Sydney on Monday afternoon next for Auckland direct. She arrives here on the morning of March 15, and sails at 5 p.m. tho. same day for London, via Australian"and Mediterranean ports. The Moldavia - will be followed by the R.MS. Mongolia, which will be the last vessel of the line to visit Auckland this season. She leaves Sydney on April 8, arrives here on April 12, and sails the same day for London, via the usual way ports. THB MAIL SERVICES. . The Canadian mall steamer Makura, which left Auckland on February 16 for Vancouver, via Suva and Honolulu, is due to arrive at the Canadian port to-morrow.
