SERIOUS ALBANIAN REVOLT.

(Received February 26, 10.10 p.m.) St. Petersburg, February 26. News has been received of a serious revolt in Albania.
Turkey has mobilised 60,000 soldiers, and the Turks are bcleaguring an Albanian town.
