RUSSIA'S SUGAR EXPORTS.

St. Petersburg, February 26. With regard to Russia's desire to increase her sugar export, it is semiofficially announced that despite the readiness of Russia to make every sacrifice, even to the extent of injuring her sugar producers, Germany persists in her irreconcilable position. Consequently Russia disclaims responsibility for the eventual breakdown of the sugar conference.
