BURGLARY IN HUNTLY.

Huntlt, Monday. Tite Friory, which Miss Ralph gave over to the Roman Catholic Church some time ago to bo used as a convent and school, was at the end of last week broken into by someone, who bad evidently done some prospecting beforehand. Entry was madefrom tho roof by means of one of the high windows, and tho entrant thoroughly examined the promisee. Tho cupboards and other receptacles wero opened, and a careful search was mado throughout, a candlebeing liberally used for tho purpose. Tho burglar, who is suspected to have been on the outlook for money or small valuables, appears to havo found nothing that ho fancied. The matter is now in tho hands of the police.
