HOTEL EMPLOYEES.
[BY TEtEC'RAFH.— ASSOCIATION.] I TIJtABU, Monday. '• The Conciliation Council sat here to-day , to arrange the dispute between the hotel- • keepers and the hotel employees. The ■, latter have a union, with headquarters at ] ChrLst'churcli, and the employees here desired that a separate union be formed for " Timarti. The result of the conference , was a modification of the preference 1 clause to avoid or lessen inconvenience. A vote of thanks was passed to Mr. i Triggs (Commissioner) for the satisfactory way in which he had handled the matter.
