WRECK OF THE DELHI.

ABSENCE OF PROPER CARE. NOT SUFFICIENT CHARTS. THE CAPTAIN BLAMED. By Telegraph — Press Association.—Copyright. London, February 24. The verdict of the Court which inquired into the loss of the P. and 0. steamer Delhi on the Moroccan coast, was that the vessel was not navigated with proper and seamanlike care. The Court decided that the loss of the vessel was due, to the master's default, but, considering his unblemished character and his ability under the trying circumstances a-fter the casualty, the Court refrained from dealing with his certificate. The Court also found that the Delhi was not supplied with proper and sufficient charts and sailing directions.
