CLAIM FOR DAMAGES.
A JURY DISAGREE.
By Telegraph.Tress Association.— London, February 24. The jury disagreed in the action brought by William Lotinga, a sporting journalist, against Mr. Corlett, of the Sporting Times. Lotinga complained that the Sporting Times unjustifiably attacked him during his bankruptcy proceedings.
