In the Police Court on Saturday, before Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., two first offenders for drunkenness were each finti ss, in default 24 hours. Eliza Agnes Monaghan was convicted of • drunkenness and discharged, having agreed to take out a prohibition - order against herself. * • * V V , Arthur Seymour " was remanded for., seven days on a charge of: desertion from H.M.S. Challenger in 1910. -
