The Rev. .lames .Thornton Newbury, of Killinick Rectory, Killinick. County Wexford, in his will, recently proved, directed that he should be buried in the parish of which he is incumbent at his death, but not in a churchyard. His coffin, which is not to be screwed or nailed down, shall not be buried in the ground, but in a raised tomb of brick, 7ft wide and Bft high, and in the roof thereof a piece of thick plate glass shall lie inserted, not less than 18in in diameter, and the tomb shall be enclosed with strong iron railings.
