DELHI'S CHART INCORRECT
By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. London, February 22. At the inquiry into the loss of the Delhi, Captain Hayward gave evidence that his chart was dated 1905. An up-to-date chart showed alterations in the soundings.
