AN IMMIGRANT'S SUICIDE
On February 11, Frederick Bray disajM peared from Green Park, Horsham, . Victoria, and on February 15 his body »£* found in the Botanical Gardens, but his head was missing. Bray came to Aus-. . tralia from England two years ago, and;, lately' had been working for Mr. E. Fulton, at some quarries. They both cam* into Horsham on Saturday, and parted «*•■ \ Green Park Hotel, where Bray was staying. That was the last Fulton saw of him. The body was in a fearful state. It was plain that the man had used gelignite to end his life. Portions of his head were found in all directions. There was a letter in deceased's pocket which read!-" Kind friends, I can't stand the hot weather and rough way of life any longer. Have £30 in the Savings Bank, which will put mo away, and the I rest I wish to be sent to my son Harry. Good-bye. Ted Fulton, you have been a good me. I hope- the Lord will forgive me.'
