THE REFORM PARTY.

[BY TELEGRAPH. OWN- CORRESPONDENT.] Te Kttiti, Friday. Arrangements ar complete in connection with the Reform Party's rally, to be held here on Wednesday next. . Mr. Massey and a number of other members will arrive by the four p.m. train, and will proceed from the railway' station to the school grounds, where a garden party will, be held. Short speeches will be made by Messrs. Massey, Fisher, E. Newman and Buick. At the banquet, to be held in the evening, it is anticipated there will be 300 people present from the various parts of the King Country. Fifteen members of the party have notified their intention of being present.
