I Notice is hereby given that'a Meeting of 1 the Papakura Town Board will be held at i the Office of the Board at Papakura at 7.30 j o'clock on February 27, 1912, for the purpose I of Confirming certain By-laws, which were passed at a meeting of the Board held on the 30th day of January, 1912, a copy of which By-laws is deposited at the store of I Messrs. Willis Bros.. Papakura, and will be open to the inspection of the public during business hours on and after SATURDAY, the 3rd day of February, 1912. The object and purport of such By-laws is as follows:— I (a) To make provision for the regulation and control of persons riding, driving or leading animals, bicycles and other vehicles through the streets and public places of the district; preventing the use of footpaths by animals and vehicles; regulatine the pace, lights. and signals for bicycles, and generally controlling the use of the streets and public places in the district. (b) Providing for the control of all building operations by tho Board, for the issue of permits for buildings and the fees payable in respect thereof, and regulating and provids ing for the supervision of buildings generally.
