OBITUARY.
THE EARL OF CARLISLE. By Telegraph—Presi Association.— ., (Beceired January 22, 1 a.m.) London, January 21. The death of the Earl of Carlisle is announced. The late Earl of Carlisle ! was the 10th holder of that title. He was born in 1867. He was the Unionist member for South Birmingham from 1904 till 1911. He eerved in the Boer war in 1902, and was awarded the Queen's medal (three clasps). 1 His heir is Viscount Morpeth. i ■• ——————————
