CONDEMNED BY FEDERATION. [BY TELEGRAPH. association.} Wanganui, Tuesday. At the quarterly meeting of the New Zealand Waterside Workers' Federation, held to-day, the following resolution, as an outcome of the Timaru strike, was carried: "That this executive of 1 the New Zealand Waterside Workers' Federation condemns the action of the Timaru waterside workers in striking on December 12 without first consulting tli3 executive of the federation, and, further, that as the Timaru Union, end the Lyttelton Union have referred their dispute solely to the Federation of Labour this federation repudiates any further responsibility so far as those two unions are concerned."
