RUSSIAN BEAR AND PERSIAN CAT. By Telegraph Press Association.— Constantinople, December 17. The Minister for Foreign Affairs informed the Chamber of Deputies that the Government was satisfied with Russia's assurances to maintain Persia's integrity, which was further secured in the Anglo-Russian agreement. He was hopeful of an early settlement of the Persian trouble. '
