It : wM to have appeared on Monday, and rev»* copies had gone out some days earlier. > - "I find," Sir Charles writes in a circula* letter to editors who had received copies, "that a most important correction is neces- r sary. I have, therefore, decided to wim* w draw the edition. I shall bo greatly oblige® if you will abstain from any notice of tM book until a revised edition has been issued." In another note, dated actually before the review copies reached some »a, the papers, Lord Charles states that W has decided to withdraw i the hook fron*: s publication, at any rate for the present*There is an impression that this coorw.
