A NOBLEMAN DROWNED.
MARQUIS OF WATERFORD. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. London, December 3. The Marquis of Waterford, Henry de la Poer Beresford, a nephew of Admiral' Lord Charles Beresford, was found drowned in the River Clodagh, adjoining his residence at Curraghmore, near Portlaw, County Waterford. < A verdict of accidental death was returned. The Marquis had apparently lost his way in a thiok fog at night, and had fallen into the swollen stream. The Marquis of Waterford' was 36 years of acre. Ho had hold commissions in the Roval Horse Guards and in the South Ireland Yeomanry. In 1805 ho succeeded his father, and two years later ho married a daughter of Lord Lansdowne, by whom he has three daughters and two sons, the heir being the Earl of Tyrone, born in 1901. The late nobleman owned about 66,700 acres.
