A SOLDIER'S DEATH PENALTY. 2y T«legr»ph.— Association.— Paris, December 3. A court-martial'at Lille condemned Beuzeboc, a trooper, to death for flinging his cap at the court-martial's president. Beuzeboc's motive was a desire to share the imprisonment, of a friend who had been sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment for throwing a shoe at a surgeon in the penitentiary.
