A MISCHIEVOUS BRIDE.
A diamond fish scarf-pin was given to an angler for a wedding present by his bride, who wished to convey to her husband her appreciation not only of his devotion to fishing but with sly irony of his choosing the earliest possible moment at the end of his river season ' for his wedding day. The salmon was -beautifully rendered in »tho flashing; silver and gold colourings of a fresh run fish, and was not embillished all over with diamonds but only'in such a manner as to enhance the brilliant background; .
