It is rumoured that Mr. Winston Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, is contemplating a loan of £30,000,000 for naval construction, in addition to the usual Estimates. ; ; ; The Pall Mall Gazette says that there is reason to believe that the loan will be more than £30,000,000.

Besides the shipbuilding vote, the loan will include a special allotment for Dreadnought docks. \.
