CONCESSION TO DOCTORS. London, November 30. As a result of conferences with the British Medical Association, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Lloyd-George, has given notice of amendments to the National Insurance Bill giving doctors increased representation on the health committees. He has arranged that the Conciliation Board shall settle'disputes, but local authorities shall arrange the rumuneration. \
