UNIONISTS AGAIN PROTEST.

With the assistance of the guillotine 470 Government amendments were passed. The Unionist Leader, Mr. Bonar Law, declared that an outrage was being perpetrated ' in order that there should be no obstacle to Home Rule. If the Opposition challenged the divisions the House would have to sit until 7.30 on Saturday even-
xng. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Lloyd-George, said the Bill was supposed to be non-contentious. The Opposition left the House in a body when the divisions were called.
CONCESSION TO DOCTORS. London, November 30. As a result of conferences with the British Medical Association, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Lloyd-George, has given notice of amendments to the National Insurance Bill giving doctors increased representation on the health committees. He has arranged that the Conciliation Board shall settle'disputes, but local authorities shall arrange the rumuneration. \
