SEEKING LAST SACRAMENTS. By Telegraph.— Press Association.—Copyright St. Petersburg, November 26. The horrors of the 1891 famine are being repeated in the governments of Orenburg (in South Eastern Russia) and Turgai (adjacent to Orenburg, but on the Asiatic side). Peasants are flocking into the towns asking for special services and administration of the last sacraments, in order to be prepared for death. The Orenburg crop is 86 per cent, below the average.
