Strange phenomena are being noticed in the Swiss, French; and Italian Alps, amidst the - perpetual ice and glacier regions, and guides and Alpinists on their • return rom ' climba report ' that certain - ; small J glaciers have entirely disappeared, leaving beds of boulders and stones.
