Captain Seaton's • course next - led' Mm' through the Khvber Pass to Afghanis? into Persia, and through Bagdad, across Arabia to Aden. From there he pro ceeded by sea to Capetown, and thence set out to walk to Cairo! He went through Pretoria, Bulawayo, German East Atria to the Victoria Nyanza, on to Khartoum' and from Wadi Haifa bv boat to Cairo' Thence to Port Said 'and Alexandria whence he sailed for Brindisi-' Tramping through the peninsula, he gave very sols cessful lectures at Naples, Rome, Florence" and Venice, and front there went to Hamburg. From there ho crossed to Grimsby which he reached oil the 14th of last month, and went to Edinburgh, throtirii Hull, Whitby, Durham. Newcastle, 'Alnwick, and Dunbar. .• John o' Groats is 10 finish of this tremendous walk, and as ho has eight months to accomplish s this last stage the captain is certain of his £7000.
